At the heart of the MOMENTUM HUB is a community-led diverse multi-sector coalition dedicated to dismantling systemic barriers in North Nashville. Our implementation is guided by the Accelerated, Accountable, Strategic, and Sustainable Equity-Centered Transformation (ASSET) Stewards—a group of community residents from neighborhood associations with representatives from service organizations, health institutions, and academic partners who ensure our work remains community-led and equity-centered as partners in a collaborative stewardship shared governance model.
